I am a junior in high school in US and even though I know English very, very well, my accent is just horrible, and it often makes people think that my English is bad. I have been here for 2 years now and still have an accent, so I am terrified that I will have to live my whole life sounding so horrible. Anyways, I have a presentation in chem class on Monday. There are 60 people in the class, and no one will be able to understand me. and even if they understand something,it is going to be awfully embarrassing! I just don't know what to do, since everyone in my class talks like a native English speaker( well, most of them are native speakers) and I will make such a fool of myself!
