The aim of this task is to write a music proposal for an integrated task in the subject of music.
I interpreted this a design specification for a composition which it is.

So far I have written:
I will play my piece on an acoustic nylon stringed guitar. My aim is to make the duration of my piece last just under 5 minutes, no longer. I hope will dedicate a lot of time and effort into this pieces to make the product as good as I can make it. The genre of my piece will be classical and I hope to include the guitar technique of tonal variation, dynamics such as legato.

Is there anything else that can be added changed or kept the same. Thank you for your time :)

So, I'm guessing that you have to do this as a school project of some sort. You know in the Music Business there really is no such thing as a music proposal per say. In fact if there were such a thing, it would certainly have nothing to do with what you have written so far. In my opinion, you have completely misunderstood the assignment. It's not possible that a music teacher would actually attempt to teach you anything so useless as writing a music proposal. If I were in your place, I would first want to know what the purpose of this proposal was and if, in fact, it was supposed to be what you are writing about, I would then ask the teacher/professor what the function of a music proposal was in real life and if he/she could give me some examples of how it is used and why and what companies rely on it and what they have gained as a result of using such a vehicle. I would then ask myself what I was learning from this exercise and make a determination if it was vital to my career. To my way of thinking the term music proposal implies a proposal to compose or produce music. Who would you provide this proposal to? A proposal in the business world is a paper that is submitted in response to an RFP (a request for a proposal). So, who is supposed to have requested this proposal and what is it that they intend for you to produce for them? Or, perhaps, as Disney would most likely say, a music proposal is just a way of proposing marriage in a song. In my personal opinion, I believe you are wasting your time with this proposal and you would be much better off practicing your instrument or composing a piece of music and you can tell your teacher or professor that I said so!

Well - you could try anything by "The Young Cannibals"... sorry, couldn't resist. Check out Tom Lehr music, you may find something satirical enough in a similar vein.
